How I handle your information

What I collect. When you request a pricing review or contact me, I receive what you type into the form: property address, name, email, phone (if you add it), timing, and notes.

How I use it. To review your property and respond to your request, and, if you ask for it, to keep you updated about your sale. I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who handles it. Form submissions are delivered to my email through a form-delivery service, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Once we are working together, transaction information is handled under Compass's policies and California real estate law.

Your choices. Email wilke.itzin@compass.com at any time to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Analytics. This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. No advertising trackers are used.
